Terms of Use

The core rules for using JustParkHere.

These Terms set out the basic framework for marketplace use, including listings, bookings, payments, conduct, and the platform's operational rights.

Read this page as a practical rule set

This page is written to be readable by drivers, hosts, and operators. It should still be reviewed and adjusted with legal counsel before you rely on it as a finalized set of production terms for every market.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of JustParkHere, including the website, marketplace features, account tools, and related booking or listing flows made available through the service.

By using JustParkHere, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Marketplace role

JustParkHere operates a marketplace that helps drivers discover parking spaces and helps hosts publish, manage, and receive booking requests for those spaces.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, JustParkHere does not own, lease, or control the underlying parking spaces listed by hosts and does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

3. Eligibility and account use

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you and if your use of the service is not otherwise prohibited.

If you create an account or use account-linked features, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, email access, and account information accurate and secure.

4. Host listings

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that any parking space they list is lawful to offer, accurately described, and available as represented. Hosts must provide honest information about access, restrictions, safety-related features, pricing, and any conditions that may affect use of the space.

Hosts must not publish misleading photos, inaccurate availability, or terms that conflict with applicable law, building rules, lease obligations, or other third-party restrictions.

5. Driver and renter obligations

Drivers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, arriving and departing within the booked time window unless otherwise agreed, and using the space lawfully and carefully.

Drivers must follow any lawful access instructions, vehicle restrictions, and on-site rules communicated through the listing, booking flow, or host instructions.

6. Payments, fees, and payout handling

Where payment features are active, JustParkHere may facilitate checkout, collect platform fees, and route host payouts through third-party payment providers. Additional provider terms may apply to those transactions.

JustParkHere may suspend, delay, or limit payment-related activity where required for fraud prevention, risk review, operational review, compliance, or dispute handling.

7. Cancellations, changes, and disputes

Cancellations, reschedules, refunds, and booking disputes may depend on listing-specific policies, payment status, host review, operational review, and any mandatory rights that apply under law.

Where the platform offers a cancellation or reschedule request workflow, submitting a request does not itself guarantee approval, refund, or a revised reservation.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use JustParkHere to commit fraud, scrape the service without permission, interfere with platform security, misrepresent listings or bookings, infringe the rights of others, or use the marketplace for unlawful or abusive conduct.

You also may not attempt to bypass payment flows, booking rules, moderation controls, or account protections built into the service.

9. Content, feedback, and platform rights

You retain ownership of the content you provide, including listing text, photos, and account information, but you grant JustParkHere the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate, and operate the service using that content.

If you send product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, JustParkHere may use them without restriction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Availability, suspension, and removal

JustParkHere may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including listings, accounts, payment features, or city-launch tools.

The platform may remove listings, decline bookings, or suspend access where it reasonably believes doing so is necessary for safety, trust, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or marketplace quality.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as available and as offered basis. JustParkHere does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free availability, or that every listing, host, or renter will perform exactly as expected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustParkHere is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from host conduct, renter conduct, third-party provider failures, on-site conditions, or events outside its reasonable control.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms should be read together with any additional policies, listing terms, payment-provider rules, and mandatory consumer rights that apply in the relevant market.

For questions about these Terms or platform use, contact JustParkHere through the support or contact path published on the service at the time of your use.
